Port-Vegas - Jareth

In the slums of Port-Vegas, an affliction is noticeable and Jareth is the confirmation that this occult effect may be tempered and played with. When a pirate lord trades his followers' humanity, he will be rewarded with power and resources. As leader of the shanty town, this fanatic sailor that once set terror at seas now enrolls lost souls to his following and adds them to his prayers. They never seem to be quite the same once on that list.
